Prime Inspections Prepares to Launch Property Snagging App

Booking a property inspection in Dubai is set to become more digital, as Prime Inspections & Snagging prepares to launch its own snagging and booking app, bringing another part of the property handover journey onto mobile.

The upcoming Prime Inspections app is designed to simplify how homeowners and property buyers access inspection services, creating a more direct digital route for arranging snagging during one of the most important stages of property ownership.

The launch is particularly relevant as Dubai continues to record significant levels of residential development and property handovers, making inspection services an increasingly visible part of the buyer journey.

Prime Inspections currently provides services covering new handovers, resale properties, contractor works, complete buildings, water leakage and pools. Its existing process allows customers to request an inspection online before an inspector visits the property and prepares a photo-based report, with reports generally delivered within 24 to 48 hours.

Moving this experience into a dedicated app could bring booking, inspection coordination and related services closer together, making the process easier to navigate from a smartphone.

The company states that it is authorised and approved by Dubai's Real Estate Regulatory Agency and Dubai Land Department, and operates across the UAE property inspection market.

For the wider PropTech sector, the launch reflects how digitalisation is reaching increasingly specialised stages of a property transaction.
