H&H Development has appointed Palace Group to deliver the Luna Villas, a collection of six-bedroom ultra-luxury residences within Eden Hills, its nature-led residential community located beside Dubai Hills. The appointment marks the next milestone in the community's development, with the homes targeted for completion in 2028.
The Luna Villas have a total built-up area of over 2,010 square metres, set on expansive 40 by 50-metre plots, and are priced from AED 63 million to AED 125 million. The residences have been designed by Elastic Architects with interiors by H&H Interior Design. They occupy prime plots overlooking the development's Central Wadi and pedestrian-friendly landscape.
The agreement was signed in the presence of Shahab Lutfi, Chairman of H&H; Miltos Bosinis, CEO of H&H; and Wissam Damaa, Founder and Owner of Palace Group.
