Object 1 Completes 144-unit RA1N Residence Project in JVC, Dubai

Object 1 has announced the completion of RA1N Residence, its residential development located in District 12 of Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai. The 25-storey tower comprises 144 units, including one- and two-bedroom apartments as well as top-floor units with additional features such as jacuzzis.

The project is positioned within a mid-market segment that continues to see strong demand for ready-to-move properties. JVC remains a key area for both buyers and tenants, accounting for a significant share of apartment sales and rental searches in Dubai.

RA1N Residence includes amenities such as a lobby with co-working spaces, a clubhouse, indoor and outdoor fitness areas, separate swimming pools for adults and children, retail outlets, and indoor and outdoor play areas for children.

The apartments are designed with functional layouts and include built-in appliances and standardised fittings. The development also benefits from connectivity to major road networks including Al Khail Road and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, providing access to areas such as Dubai Marina, JLT and Dubai Internet City.

Infrastructure improvements in the area, including the Roads and Transport Authority’s Hessa Street Phase II project, are expected to enhance accessibility by increasing road capacity and reducing travel times.
