Neoterra Developments Marks Groundbreaking of ELMORA Residential Tower at Jumeirah Garden City

Neoterra Developments has commenced construction of ELMORA at Jumeirah Garden City with a groundbreaking ceremony. The project, with a gross development value (GDV) of approximately AED 130 million, is scheduled for completion in February 2028. ELMORA features 85 fully furnished residences that include studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, and is being developed in collaboration with GRID, which is overseeing design, construction, and go-to-market execution.

The development is located minutes away from the Dubai International Financial Centre and just five minutes from the recently announced AED 100 billion DIFC 2.0 expansion.
