Meraki Developers has announced the launch of Nirvana Residence 1, a new residential tower located in Me’aisem, within Dubai Production City.
The project comprises a 22-storey tower with 392 residential units, offering a mix of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. According to the developer, the scheme has been planned around a wellbeing-focused living concept, with amenities distributed throughout the building to support fitness, relaxation and social interaction.
A key feature of the development is Nirvana Groves, a series of landscaped green spaces integrated across different levels of the tower. These areas are intended to provide residents with access to wellness-oriented environments within an urban residential setting.
