The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Amana Contracting and Steel Buildings L.L.C. to strengthen collaboration in housing development and facilitate the exchange of technical expertise and industry knowledge.

The agreement is intended to establish a framework for cooperation between the two organisations across areas of mutual interest, supporting the implementation of agreed technical services and creating opportunities for future joint initiatives and projects.

The MoU was signed by Noura Al Rumaithi, CEO Assistant for the Housing Sector at Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment, and Tareq Alawneh, General Manager of Amana Contracting and Steel Buildings.

According to MBRHE, the partnership forms part of its strategy to expand collaboration with specialised private-sector organisations and leverage industry expertise to strengthen its operational ecosystem and enhance the quality of housing projects and services.

Under the agreement, both organisations will work together to exchange knowledge, technical expertise and best practices, while exploring opportunities for collaboration on future projects and initiatives. The framework is also expected to support greater operational efficiency and reinforce coordination between the public and private sectors in the delivery of housing-related services.

MBRHE said the partnership reflects its continued focus on building long-term relationships with specialised industry partners to encourage innovation, support the adoption of high-quality practices and contribute to improving the quality of life for UAE citizens through the delivery of sustainable housing solutions.
