Marjan Hospitality has introduced a new residential phase at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert, placing 35 standalone branded villas within one of the emirate's established luxury hospitality destinations.
The Ritz-Carlton Residences Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert will comprise three-, four- and five-bedroom villas spread across the 1,235-acre protected Al Wadi Nature Reserve, with handover targeted for early 2028.
Each residence will feature a private temperature-controlled pool, indoor and outdoor living areas and panoramic desert views, with architecture and materials designed to draw from the surrounding landscape.
The residences form part of a wider strategy to evolve Al Wadi from a standalone resort into a broader lifestyle destination combining private ownership with hospitality, wellness and nature-led experiences.
Owners will have access to a dedicated Residents' Clubhouse, while the wider resort provides spa and wellness facilities, dining venues and experiences including falconry, horse riding, desert biking and nature activities.
The residential launch comes alongside additional investment in the existing Ritz-Carlton Al Wadi hospitality offering.
Farmhouse by Syrco is scheduled to reopen on 21 September following a redesign that includes a new wine bar. The refreshed restaurant will accommodate 270 guests across its indoor, terrace and wine-bar areas.
The resort has also introduced a fragrance collaboration with Ras Al Khaimah-based Emirati perfume house The Scent Library, including guided scent-blending experiences and private sessions with a master perfumer.
Alison Grinnell, Group COO of Marjan and CEO of Marjan Hospitality, said the approach is intended to bring together private residences, hospitality, dining and the natural environment within a destination where people can return, invest and live.
For Ras Al Khaimah, the new residences add to an expanding pipeline of branded residential and hospitality-led developments as the emirate grows its luxury property and tourism offering.
