Invespy has launched the Invespy Broker Hub on Sheikh Zayed Road, introducing a permanent space designed specifically for Dubai’s real estate brokerage community.

The company described the hub as an independent ecosystem platform rather than a brokerage office or developer sales centre. It is intended to serve brokers, brokerages and developers through a physical space where industry participants can access project opportunities, training, content support and activation programmes in one location.

The Broker Hub is structured around four key areas: Earn, Learn, Create and Grow.

Under the model, brokers will be able to access project offers, developer previews and live deal opportunities. The hub will also host developer-led project briefings, sales training sessions and talks with featured industry speakers.

A podcast studio and content creation support have also been included for brokers looking to build their own audiences and marketing presence. In addition, the space will provide broker tools, commission-related support and roadshow backing, along with coworking facilities that brokers can use between client meetings.

The launch also gave the market a first preview of Invespy’s digital platform, invespy.com, which is designed to connect developers directly with the brokers selling their projects. According to the company, the platform will give brokers access to off-plan inventory, sales support and faster commission payouts without network fees, while giving developers a more structured route to reach broker networks.

Invespy said the Broker Hub is the physical extension of that digital platform, creating an address where brokers and developers can meet, engage and activate opportunities in person.

The pre-launch event was held as a Broker Brunch and brought together brokers, developers and industry leaders. The programme featured Dr. Anand Menon, CEO of Empowered Performance; Anthony Joseph Abou-Jaoude, CEO of Disruptive Real Estate; and Farooq Syed, CEO of Springfield Properties.

Imran Khan, CEO and Founder of Invespy, said brokers play a central role in driving transactions across Dubai’s real estate market.

“Brokers make transactions happen, and have the ability to create value and velocity to move the real estate economy at large,” he said.

He added that Invespy was created to use technology to simplify the process for brokers while helping accelerate transaction scale for both brokers and developers.

“The Invespy Broker Hub is the physical manifestation of our digital platform,” Khan said.

He said the concept was built around the idea that brokers often work as independent entrepreneurs but lack dedicated infrastructure of their own.

“Developers have sales centres. Agencies have offices. Brokers have been working out of coffee shops between viewings. The Broker Hub changes that. It is a room they can walk into any day of the week and leave with something useful, whether that is a new project to sell, a skill they wanted to learn, or a conversation with a developer they would not otherwise have had,” he said.

For developers and other real estate stakeholders, the hub is positioned as a direct activation channel into Dubai’s broker community. Project briefings, launches, previews and training sessions can be hosted in a space designed around the brokers responsible for selling new inventory.

Khan said Dubai was selected for the launch because of the city’s role in setting standards for real estate sales and brokerage.

“The ambition is not to open one space. It is to prove a model that works, and then take it to every market where brokers are doing the same job and need acceleration,” he said.

The launch comes as Dubai’s brokerage sector continues to professionalise, with developers, platforms and regulators placing greater emphasis on transparency, training, stronger broker relationships and more structured sales channels.
