Helvetia Marine, DHG’s Latest Development on Dubai Islands, Targets Q1 2028 Handover

DHG Properties, the Dubai-based arm of Swiss real estate and construction group DHG, has commenced construction on Helvetia Marine, its waterfront residential development on Dubai Islands. Handover is scheduled for Q1 2028.

The project is fully sold out. Spanning a built-up area of 12,938 square metres, Helvetia Marine comprises one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments alongside a limited collection of duplex and garden residences. The development is designed as a low-rise building with architecture inspired by coral formations. Select residences feature double-height ceilings and private landscaped areas. Amenities include a rooftop infinity pool, landscaped gardens, fitness facilities and social spaces.

Blagoje Antic, CEO and Founder of DHG Group, said the project being fully sold out at construction commencement reflected evolving buyer expectations around waterfront living that combines design, privacy and long-term investment value.

Milos Antic, Executive Vice Chairman of DHG Group, added, “Dubai Islands is evolving into a destination that appeals to a new generation of buyers looking beyond traditional residential offerings. What is driving momentum in the area is the scale of long-term planning taking place around it. Buyers today are paying closer attention to how communities will develop over the next decade.”

DHG Properties' first development, Helvetia Residences in Jumeirah Village Circle, is on track for completion in July 2026. Its third project, Helvetia Verde in Meydan Horizon, recently broke ground. Combined project value across the three developments stands at approximately AED 1.3 billion.

DHG Group has over 30 years of experience and a portfolio of more than 300 completed projects across Switzerland, Serbia and the UAE.
