JLL has appointed ENGIE Solutions to deliver integrated facilities management services at B1 Mall in Al Barsha

ENGIE Solutions Middle East has been awarded a facilities management contract by JLL to deliver integrated services at B1 Mall in Al Barsha, Dubai. The scope of work includes hard and soft services, security operations, and specialist systems management, including chiller plant maintenance.
B1 Mall is a lifestyle and retail destination located in Al Barsha 1, offering a mix of retail, dining and entertainment outlets. The contract supports the operational management of a high-footfall commercial asset.
Under the agreement, ENGIE Solutions will deploy an on-site team providing 24/7 support across retail, F&B and common areas. The company will also manage water features and deliver specialist technical services across the facility.
The mall will be supported by ENGIE Solutions’ Smart O&M platform, which enables real-time asset monitoring, predictive maintenance and energy performance tracking. The company will also pilot smart washroom services using IoT sensors to support operational efficiency and user experience.
Energy audits and performance reviews will be conducted as part of the contract to identify efficiency improvements and maintain operational standards.
