Emrill wins four-year facilities management contract at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai on Pearl Jumeirah

Emrill, the UAE-based integrated facilities management provider, has been awarded a four-year contract to deliver mechanical, electrical and plumbing, housekeeping, lifeguard, and specialist services at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai, the five-star beachfront destination located on Pearl Jumeirah.

The contract covers integrated hard and soft FM across the full operational footprint of the resort. Specifically, Emrill's scope includes all common areas of 117 units, 15 regular villa suites, and one VIP suite, alongside the resort's food and beverage outlets, spa, and gym. The agreement also includes maintenance and management of large landscaped areas, beachfront zones, and supporting infrastructure.

THE TEAM STRUCTURE

A team of 76 trained facilities management professionals will deliver the integrated services. Emrill brings operational expertise, established systems, and technology-enabled service delivery to the contract, with the team structured to handle the operational complexity of a luxury beachfront resort spanning multiple service categories under one master contract.

The scope reflects the structural complexity of hospitality FM at five-star tier. Unlike residential or commercial FM, where the operational brief is typically anchored on building maintenance and tenant services, luxury hospitality FM extends into guest experience adjacencies, beachfront and pool operations, F&B-supporting infrastructure, and spa and wellness facility maintenance. The specialist lifeguard services component is particularly distinctive, reflecting the resort's beachfront positioning.

THE CEO FRAMING

Stuart Harrison, CEO of Emrill, characterised the contract as a recognition of Dubai's hospitality sector strength and Emrill's positioning as a specialist FM partner for luxury hospitality assets. He framed the operator's focus as enhancing guest experience through effective FM and operational excellence, positioning FM not as a behind-the-scenes function but as a contributor to the front-of-house service standard the resort is built around.

Fahd Mohamed, Resort Manager at Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai, framed the partnership around the operational reliability that allows front-of-house teams to focus on hospitality delivery without back-of-house operational disruption. He positioned the Emrill appointment as providing the operational strength behind the scenes that elevates the standards the resort's guests expect.

The framing from both sides reflects a wider 2026 pattern in UAE hospitality FM, specialist operators increasingly positioned as strategic partners contributing to guest experience, rather than purely as utility-maintenance providers.
