Dubai will host the 22nd edition of IPS 2026 from September 7 to 9 at Dubai World Trade Centre, bringing together key stakeholders from the global real estate sector.
Organised by Strategic Exhibitions and Conferences, with the support and strategic partnership of Dubai Land Department, the exhibition will gather investors, real estate developers, government entities, financial institutions, policymakers and industry experts from around the world.
IPS 2026 is positioned as an international platform for real estate investment, project showcases, knowledge exchange and market collaboration. The event is designed to connect investors, developers and real estate institutions across regional and international markets.
The 2026 edition will feature a comprehensive programme that includes the main conference, Institutional Investors Conference, Women Conference, interactive workshops and specialised training programmes.
It will also include dedicated platforms for real estate project launches, investor programmes and investment destination showcases, with a focus on global trends including real estate investment, PropTech, sustainability and smart cities.
Early indicators point to stronger exhibitor interest for the upcoming edition, with total exhibition space increasing by 38 percent compared with the previous edition.
The 2025 edition attracted more than 30,000 visitors from 182 nationalities and 153 countries. It also facilitated deals and business agreements valued at more than AED1.84 billion, or around USD500 million.
The strategic partnership between Dubai Land Department and IPS 2026 reflects their shared focus on supporting real estate sector growth and strengthening Dubai’s position as a global destination for property investment.
The partnership also aligns with the Dubai Real Estate Strategy 2033 and the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.
