Emaar Properties, a prominent real estate developer in Dubai, has stepped up its commitment to community welfare amidst the recent onslaught of severe rains. Since the 16th of April, Emaar's facility management and community management teams have been working tirelessly on the ground to assist residents round the clock.

In a recent announcement, Mohamed Alabbar, the founder of Emaar Properties, reaffirmed the company's dedication to its residents by declaring an initiative to repair all homes within their communities affected by the recent severe weather, at no cost to the residents. Alabbar emphasized the company's commitment to ensuring residents can swiftly return to their daily lives despite the challenges posed by adverse weather conditions.

"At Emaar Properties, we are deeply committed to the well-being and safety of all our residents and stakeholders," stated Mohamed Alabbar. "In response to the challenges posed by this adverse weather and heavy rains that Dubai has experienced in the past few days, I am pleased to announce that Emaar will undertake the repair of all properties within our communities that have been damaged by the recent rains at its own cost to ensure that our residents can return to their daily lives as swiftly and smoothly as possible."

Emaar's dedicated teams have already begun coordinating with local authorities to assess and restore damaged properties. All homes, regardless of age, that have reported damages directly resulting from the recent rainfall and registered through Emaar's call center are eligible for this service.

Meanwhile, the Dubai Land Department has urged affected parties to directly contact developers for assistance in this regard.
