Dubai Land Department (DLD) is preparing to host the fourth edition of Real Estate Day for Emirati Employment on October 29, 2026, as part of its efforts to strengthen the participation of UAE nationals in the emirate's real estate sector.

The event will take place at Address Sky View Hotel in Dubai, bringing together Emirati jobseekers and companies operating across the property industry.

Organised in partnership with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation, the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (Nafis), and the Emirati Human Resources Development Council in Dubai, the initiative aims to expand employment opportunities and support career development for national talent.

Connecting Emirati Talent With Real Estate Employers

The event will provide a platform for direct interaction between jobseekers and participating real estate companies.

Emirati students, graduates and professionals will have the opportunity to explore available positions, understand job requirements and learn about potential career pathways.

The initiative is intended to introduce participants to the range of specialisations available within the real estate industry.

By facilitating direct engagement with employers, DLD aims to improve awareness of professional opportunities and encourage greater participation by UAE nationals across the sector.

Building on 2,100 Employment Opportunities

The fourth edition follows the achievements of Dubai Land Department's Real Estate Empowerment Programme.

According to DLD, the programme helped create more than 2,100 employment opportunities for UAE nationals between 2023 and 2026.

These opportunities were developed through collaboration with government entities supporting Emiratisation and private-sector organisations.

The upcoming event is expected to build on this progress by connecting more Emirati talent with companies seeking to expand their workforce.

The initiative also supports the development of specialised skills within Dubai's real estate sector.

Supporting Dubai's Long-Term Economic Goals

DLD's employment initiative aligns with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 and the Dubai Real Estate Sector Strategy 2033.

Both strategies recognise the importance of human capital, professional development and industry competitiveness in supporting sustainable economic growth.

As Dubai's real estate industry continues to develop, attracting and retaining skilled professionals remains an important part of the sector's long-term development.

The event reflects DLD's efforts to encourage greater Emirati participation while strengthening collaboration between government organisations and private companies.

Expanding Career Pathways in Real Estate

The fourth Real Estate Day for Emirati Employment will focus on creating meaningful connections between prospective employees and industry employers.

DLD has invited Emirati jobseekers, including students and graduates, to attend the event and engage directly with participating companies.

The initiative aims to support a stronger national workforce and improve access to professional opportunities within Dubai's property industry.
