Dubai Developers Join India's International Property Expo in New Delhi


NKN Media hosted the International Property Expo Delhi 2026 on 4 and 5 July at Taj Palace, New Delhi, bringing together global real estate developers, investors, and industry professionals for a two-day showcase of international property investment opportunities. The expo was inaugurated by Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez.

UAE-based developers at the event included Emaar, DAMAC, Danube Properties, Sobha Realty, Binghatti, Azizi Developments, Imtiaz Developments, BnW Developments, and Dugasta, among others. The expo also featured developers offering investment opportunities in India, the UK, and other international markets, including M3M, Omaxe, Rustomjee, and Westbank.

Visitors were able to explore residential inventory across luxury residences, waterfront communities, integrated townships, and senior living projects through immersive project displays and interactive models.

A seminar series ran across both days, with Ian Gillespie, Founder and CEO of Westbank, leading a session on investing in America on 4 July, and Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of Danube Group, sharing insights on Dubai's real estate market on 5 July.
