Dubai's property market is set to be showcased in India this October, with a Dubai Land Department-backed real estate exhibition expected to connect Indian buyers and investors with opportunities across the UAE property market.

The October showcase will bring together property stakeholders, developers and prospective investors, creating a platform to explore UAE real estate opportunities and Dubai's continued appeal among Indian buyers.

India has long been an important source market for Dubai property, making the country a natural destination for industry outreach. The relationship is supported by geographic proximity, strong business links and a sizeable Indian community in the UAE.

The exhibition arrives during another active year for Dubai real estate.

In Q1 2026, Dubai recorded AED252 billion in real estate transactions, a 31% increase in value year-on-year. Investment value reached approximately AED173 billion during the quarter, while the number of investors also increased.

That momentum provides the backdrop for the India showcase, giving developers and property stakeholders an opportunity to present the market directly to prospective international buyers.

Dubai has also continued to broaden the ways investors can participate in real estate. The Dubai Land Department is progressing initiatives around real estate tokenisation, including opportunities for developers, PropTech and FinTech companies and international entities to participate in new investment models.

For Indian buyers, exhibitions of this kind provide an opportunity to understand projects, ownership options and the wider regulatory environment through a more direct channel.

For Dubai, the event extends the emirate's property story beyond its borders. As transaction values grow and the investor base becomes increasingly international, engagement with major overseas markets such as India remains an important part of expanding that global reach.
