The 85-apartment building in Dubailand is Condor’s sixth completed residential project in Dubai. It follows the handover of Golf Links 18 in Dubai Sports City.

Condor Developers has completed construction of Condor Fortuna, an AED 120 million residential project in Majan, within the Dubailand district. It is the developer’s sixth residential project in Dubai and adds 85 apartments to the area’s housing supply.
The building has a gross floor area (GFA) of 89,404.45 square feet, spread across a basement, ground floor, podium, five residential floors and a rooftop level. Each residential floor holds 17 units: one studio, 15 one-bedroom apartments and one two-bedroom apartment.
“Including Condor Fortuna, an exclusive and boutique residential project, we have achieved a milestone of releasing close to 500 premium apartments to Dubai’s residential stock across three projects over the last two years. Significantly, we have also handed over 95 per cent of our units to investors in the last two completed projects, ahead of the committed timelines,” said Vidhyadharan Sivaprasad, Chairman and CEO of Condor Developers.
Condor’s previous completions include Golf Links 18 in Dubai Sports City, an AED 300 million project with 256 apartments, and Condor Concept 7 in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC).
“At Condor, our priority has been to complete projects within committed timelines, navigate market and economic fluctuations prudently, while ensuring quality and excellence. Condor Fortuna is further proof of our commitment and operational efficiency,” said Sivaprasad.
Majan is a mixed-use community of around 1.5 million square metres, located near Al Barari, Living Legends and The Villa. It combines residential apartments with commercial space, retail outlets and parks.
Condor Fortuna connects to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), Al Ain Road (E66) and Al Khail Road (E44). Global Village and IMG Worlds of Adventure are about seven minutes away, while Downtown Dubai, The Dubai Mall and Dubai International Airport are within a 15 to 20-minute drive.
