Bright Spaces, a European PropTech start-up, has joined forces with Adventum Group to introduce a virtual replica of Centrum Orląt and its available office spaces to potential tenants. Utilising advanced 3D modelling, the platform offers a virtual walk-through experience alongside real-time updates on office space availability. By combining Bright Spaces' expertise in 3D digital twin technology with Adventum's deep understanding of the CEE market, this collaboration introduces a solution that provides an immersive view of Centrum Orląt, fulfils clients' demand for tech-forward solutions, and streamlines the leasing process.
Adventum Group is a fund manager founded in 2016 that focuses on Central and Eastern European real estate investments.
