BNW Developments has expanded its international presence with the opening of a new office in Sydney, Australia, creating a local base for Australian investors seeking exposure to the UAE residential property market.
The office will support engagement with investors, wealth advisers, brokerage firms and channel partners while providing access to BNW’s growing development portfolio in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.
Headquartered in Dubai, the developer has 13 launched projects and another 16 projects in its pipeline, representing a gross development value of approximately AED 32 billion.
BNW’s development activity is concentrated primarily across Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah, with its upcoming pipeline focused on areas including RAK Central, Al Marjan Island and Beach District.
Its current portfolio includes projects such as Tonino Lamborghini Residences and Radisson Blu Hotels and Residences, alongside the recently announced Dolce Residences by Wyndham on Al Marjan Island.
The Sydney expansion comes as UAE developers increasingly seek to widen their international investor base and establish a stronger presence in overseas markets.
BNW said Australian investors are assessing the UAE for factors including rental returns, tax conditions, international diversification and residency-linked property investment opportunities.
The company officially launched its Sydney office in Bella Vista, with more than 300 investors, wealth advisers, brokerage representatives and property professionals attending the opening event.
Dr. Ankur Aggarwal, Chairman and Founder of BNW Developments, said the office would allow the developer to bring its UAE market knowledge and development pipeline directly to Australian investors while strengthening its local investor relationships.
The expansion also reflects growing international attention on Ras Al Khaimah, where new residential, hospitality and branded projects continue to attract overseas capital.
For BNW, establishing a physical presence in Australia provides a new distribution channel for its UAE portfolio as the developer expands both its project pipeline and international investor network.
