BNW Developments, Radisson to Launch 361-Room Hotel and 222 Residences at RAK Central

BNW Developments has partnered with Radisson Hotel Group to launch a 361-room Radisson Blu hotel and 222 branded residences at RAK Central, expanding Ras Al Khaimah’s hospitality and mixed-use real estate offering.

Located within the emirate’s emerging commercial and lifestyle district, the development will integrate hotel, residential and retail components within a single address. The hotel will feature five food and beverage outlets, meeting and event spaces, a rooftop terrace and pool bar, spa and gym facilities, a Business Class lounge and a kids’ club. The adjacent branded residences will offer hotel-managed services.

Dr. (CA) Ankur Aggarwal, Chairman and Founder of BNW Developments, said the project forms part of the company’s long-term vision for Ras Al Khaimah, combining hospitality and residential components within RAK Central’s live-work-play ecosystem.
