Arada Unveils Inaura, a Wellness-Focused Hospitality and Branded Residences Concept in Downtown Dubai

Arada has announced the launch of Inaura, a new hospitality and branded residential concept focused on wellness and movement, with its first project, Inaura Downtown, located at the edge of Downtown Dubai. Sales at the AED 1.7 billion development are expected to commence by the end of January.

The project has been designed by Dutch architecture firm MVRDV and will rise more than 200 metres across 42 floors. A central orb structure forms the tower’s primary architectural element, accommodating social and dining spaces with views across Burj Khalifa, Business Bay and Dubai Mall.

Inaura Downtown will include a luxury hotel and 114 branded residences, ranging from one- to four-bedroom apartments to duplex Sky Villas and a three-storey Sky Penthouse. According to the developer, the scheme is structured around the concept of kinetic wellness, which integrates physical activity and wellbeing into the design and planning of shared and private spaces.

Amenities at Inaura Downtown include a multi-level fitness centre operated by Arada’s Formative brand, wellness and spa facilities, food and beverage outlets, co-working spaces and shared community areas.

The site is positioned on a permanent Burj Khalifa view corridor and offers connectivity to Business Bay, Dubai International Financial Centre and major transport routes. The tower is LEED Gold certified, aligning with sustainability standards increasingly adopted across new developments in Dubai.
