AMIS GPD Development Signs Agreement with Jacob & Co. for Luxury Villa Community in Meydan

AMIS GPD Development has entered into an agreement with Jacob & Co. to develop a branded luxury villa community in Meydan, Dubai.

The agreement was signed at the AMIS Sales Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road and formalises a collaboration to deliver a high-end residential development within one of Dubai’s strategically positioned mixed-use districts. The project will comprise a gated villa community designed for the premium residential segment.

Meydan is a low-density residential district characterised by large plot sizes, proximity to Downtown Dubai, and direct connectivity to major transport corridors. The area has continued to attract high-end and branded residential developments, supported by limited villa supply and sustained demand from regional and international buyers. The project is positioned to benefit from these fundamentals.

According to the developer, the community will integrate branded design elements alongside contemporary architecture and residential technologies. The collaboration aligns with AMIS GPD Development’s strategy to expand its footprint in Dubai’s luxury housing market through brand-led partnerships, while supporting Jacob & Co.’s continued expansion into branded residential environments.
