Amirah Developments has entered the final phase of piling and shoring works at Bonds Avenue Residences, marking continued construction progress at its inaugural residential project on Dubai Islands. The enabling works are being carried out by Global Dewatering and Piling LLC, which is providing specialised geotechnical services including piling, shoring, dewatering, and excavation, while main contractor activities continue in parallel.
Following the project’s ground-breaking in June 2025, Bonds Avenue Residences has transitioned smoothly from design to execution, allowing for early site mobilisation and steady advancement through the enabling works phase. The developer said construction remains aligned with the approved schedule, supporting the project’s targeted completion and handover in the first quarter of 2027.
Bonds Avenue Residences is positioned as a waterfront residential development offering a mix of one- to three-bedroom apartments, townhouses, triplexes, and penthouses. Planned amenities include swimming pools, wellness and fitness areas, landscaped open spaces, and recreational facilities aimed at supporting community-focused living.
Amirah Developments said the project reflects its broader strategy of delivering design-led residential developments that balance construction quality, functionality, and long-term value as it establishes its presence in Dubai’s real estate market.
