Al-Bawani Signs MoU With Mytilineos Group in Line With Vision 2030
Al-Bawani signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Mytilineos group, the World Leader in Industry and Energy in the presence of HE Minister of Investment Khalid bin Abdul Aziz Al-Falih, Minister of Commerce and Minister of Information in charge Dr. Majid bin Abdullah al-Kasabi, and Minister of Communications and Information Technology Engineer Abdullah bin Amer Al-Sawahs and HE the Greek Deputy Foreign Minister for Economic Affairs.
This MoU is part of a series of economic agreements between Saudi Arabia and Greece that took place during the official visit of HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Prime Minister to Greece.
Al-Bawani’s Vision 2030 strategy
Al-Bawani Group CEO Fakher Al Shawaf expressed his happiness and readiness to study the opportunities for cooperation within Saudi Arabia and Mytilineos in several areas including, generation, transportation and distribution of electricity, gas, and hydrogen projects, decarbonisation, mining projects (alumina and aluminium), renewable energy projects and sustainable solutions, storage development, wastewater treatment projects and the conversion of solid waste into energy. A follow-up agreement for each field of work will be signed separately.
This agreement is part of Al-Bawani strategy in line with Vision 2030 in investing in various energy fields.
