344 transactions worth AED226 million were logged in a single day at the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition. Ajman's broader property market has also posted stronger transaction volumes this year.

The Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition 2026 recorded 344 real estate transactions worth AED226 million ($61.58 million) on its third day, with visitor numbers reaching 6,936 at Emirates Hospitality Hall. The fourth edition of the exhibition, held under the patronage of HH Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Ruler of Ajman, brought together leading real estate developers, senior officials, policymakers and industry specialists as visitor numbers reached 6,936.
Ahead of the exhibition's opening, HE Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said the show was designed to showcase Ajman's investment potential and the property projects and opportunities available to investors and other market participants, citing flexible regulations, infrastructure and government services as factors supporting property activity in the emirate.
Ajman's broader property market has also posted stronger transaction volumes this year. The emirate recorded real estate transactions worth AED28 billion in 2025, up 37 per cent on 2024, followed by AED6.22 billion in the first quarter of 2026, a 12 per cent increase on the same period last year.
HH Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department, said the exhibition has become an important platform bringing together developers and investors, reflecting the emirate's competitiveness and attractiveness as an investment destination.
