Adeeb Group, based in Abu Dhabi, and Azbil Corporation Middle East have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the Adeeb Group Head Quarters in Abu Dhabi. The signing ceremony was attended by representatives from both companies, including Dr. Ansari Wahid, Group CEO of Adeeb Group, Masashi Takesako, Vice Executive Officer of Azbil Corporation, Padam Prabh Jain, Managing Director of Azbil Corporation Middle East, and Eng. Vazeer Husain, Chief Operating Officer of Adeeb Group.
The MoU outlines a collaboration between Adeeb Group and Azbil Corporation to improve their businesses in Building Automation and Energy Management services for customers throughout the United Arab Emirates.
