Acube Abodes Begins Work on Altair 52 Residences in Dubai South, Slated for 2027 Completion

Acube Abodes Realty has broken ground on Altair 52, its latest residential development located in Dubai South. Envisioned as a contemporary residential project combining modern architecture, efficient layouts and lifestyle-oriented amenities, Altair 52 is positioned to benefit from connectivity to major highways and proximity to Al Maktoum International Airport, as well as key logistics and commercial hubs including Jebel Ali Free Zone. Completion of the project is targeted for 2027.

The residential offering at Altair 52 comprises studios, along with one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Acube Abodes Realty has appointed Golden Bricks as the project’s master broker.

Commenting on the milestone, Akshay Agarwal, Founder and CEO of Acube Abodes Realty, said the development reflects the company’s longer-term plans in Dubai South, which continues to attract residential and investment interest as infrastructure delivery and economic activity expand across the district.

The developer also confirmed plans to launch two additional residential projects — Altair 72 and Altair 92 — in Dubai South as part of its broader development strategy in the area.
