Regional and International trainers took centre stage on the first day of IRECMS Dubai
Doors to the most awaited event of the year IRECMS Dubai opened today at the Address Dubai Marina. The first day, the audience were treated to special IRECMS Dubai Masterclasses that focussed on Brand Building, Condo Technology, and Stress Management. It was a houseful event that witnessed over 100 attendees. And the day showcased some of the best international and regional trainers, who presented power-packed sessions catering to the built environment.
The morning opened with Prof. Jeevan D’Mello, CEO, of Genesis Corp (UAE). He provided a power-packed session called ‘You’re the Brand’. Here he gave the audience an insight into the practical way to change how people and potential employees look at you and how you can become the person you want to be!
“I found the sessions extremely informative. I learnt so much from Mr. Jeevan’s session about learning to build your own brand,” said Ambika Raj, Community Manager from Deyaar Community Management.
This was then followed by a masterclass by Pepe Gutierrez, CEO of Megafincas (Spain). In his trademark style, Gutierrez took the audience on a journey into how Condo Technology has evolved and the new trends to watch out for in the future.
“The sessions have been extremely interactive and informative as well. I am looking forward to the coming days,” said Tamer Bishay, Head of Business Development & Marketing Manager, Concordia.
The masterclass by Gulneet Chadha, Head Of Mental Health & Wellness, Gargash Hospital, balanced the day. The session - Transforming Stress Into Resilience - showcased how as professionals one can learn to manage our daily stress better.
“I have been to many IRECMS Masterclasses sessions and find them to be good platforms for industry professionals to learn and adapt into their practices,” said Jessica Towles, President - Board of Trustees, Community Associations Institute.
This year, IRECMS Masterclasses were welcomed in 6 countries, and concluded in Dubai. After witnessing an astounding response in Madrid, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, India, Milan, and Bogotá - Dubai too witnessed an audience of 100 professionals from the built environment. Day 2 at IRECMS will have another exciting day of Masterclasses along with the first ever CAM G10 Summit. This will have industry leaders from 10 countries in Dubai discussing the future of Community Association Management industry.
