The event was inaugurated by Mohammad Bin Hammad, Senior Director, RERA, Land Department, Dubai. And Dr. Marshall Goldsmith, the #1 Business Coach and four-time NYT Bestseller, graced the event for an exclusive keynote session.

“It’s always a wonderful opportunity to meet professionals from around the world and share ideas and experiences,” said Tarek Nizameddin, CEO, of AG Facilities Services.

Held at the Dubai Address Marina, the Conference Day focussed on interesting panel discussions. Some of the key topics that were explored were the integration of imaginative building design & management; how Community Management professionals can protect themselves in this industry; and the importance of Metaverse in the Built Environment.

The conference had plenty to talk about. The biggest takeaway that made the headlines was the game-changing announcement by RERA, Land Department, Dubai announcement. The team, quite literally overnight, has developed a method to achieve transparent JOP Data. The three companies along with the Government support will bring all available data across the platforms on a uniform view for current and prospective property owners.

“The upcoming technology implementation within Mollak will surely drive the change to develop our industry,” appreciated Garry Murray, Associate Director of Provis & President-Elect, CAIME.

Parallelly, plenary sessions, closed-door round table conferences, and Tech Talks — a topical discussion on property technologies — were interspersed with fun events such as a drumming session with an African band.
