Leading professionals came together at the recently concluded event to learn, share and network with industry peers.
The second edition of ExpoCondominium MX concluded on a high note over the weekend. The event witnessed over 480 community association professionals coming together from Spain, the USA, and across Latin America to share knowledge, and learn from one another. Held in the Mexico World Trade Center, the participants and visitors got to learn about new technologies and best practices that can enable them in their practice. This two-day event had a conference, exhibition, and a one-day masterclass. Over 50 service providers participated in the conference, including companies such as TKE, NEIVOR, VIVOOK, and NOVAMAK.
REM Times was the exclusive media partner for the event where professionals like Mike Packard from the USA, Pepe Gutierrez from Spain, Jeevan D’Mello from UAE, Teyra Ehlers Bilgray from Panama and main organiser, Mara Cavazos from Mexico, and many others took to the stage to present at the event. Some of the key topics that were discussed during the event included information on new rules and regulations pertaining to community association management in the various countries in Latin America, the importance of training and certification, the latest technology tools for managers, and the principles of customer experience.
And it was not all work and no play. The attendees were also treated to a special performance by a traditional mariachi band.
Hugo Ketzel Cuéllar Serna, Director HK condominium, Mexico expressed how important an event like the Expo Condominium is for the industry at large. “The event has been a good platform to share best practices and learn from one another to raise the standards of the Mexican built environment,” he added.

Hector Alejandro Lozoya from the Dominican Republic, who was the facilitator of the Masterclass stated, “The masterclasses have been a great opportunity for community managers to get to know one another and share quality tips. And most importantly they got to embrace this amazing profession that enables them to manage the buildings.”
Pepe Guiterrez who regaled the audience with the latest on technology for real estate managers stated, “I was very pleased to bring to the audience the latest information on PropTech and CondoTech as being updated on the technology for our industry is very vital. I was pleased to hear great feedback from the audience.”
