Roya Lifestyle Developments, the recently-launched real estate development company, unveiled its inaugural project outside the US, SLS Residences at Dubai's real estate hotspot, Palm Jumeirah. Set to open in 2026, the residences are situated atop the West Crescent, the ultra-luxury residences, adding to Dubai real estate and will be developed by Roya Lifestyle Developments while licensed and operated by Ennismore, the visionary development lifestyle hospitality company. Marking it as the first standalone SLS-branded residences outside the Americas, it is set to open in 2026.
