The real estate developer has signed an agreement with Marriot International to launch the first branded residence in the city
PASHA Development, well-known Azerbaijani real estate developer and subsidiary of PASHA Holding, announced the signing of a management agreement with Marriott International to bring The Ritz-Carlton Residences to Baku. As the first branded residence in the city, The Residences’ unique offering will allow owners to enjoy a host of inclusive benefits, additional paid-for hotel assistance, and the legendary service of The Ritz-Carlton.
Located in Baku’s vibrant Nasimi district, The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Baku, are situated in the landmark 31-story building. Fourteen floors are already home to The Ritz-Carlton, Baku, the brand’s first hotel in the country.
