Knight Frank, a global leader in real estate consultancy, has appointed James Hodgetts as the newest partner in the Occupier Strategy and Solutions (OSS) department, responsible for the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. With a decade of experience in the MEA real estate market and a track record of success in occupier strategy and solutions, Hodgetts joins Knight Frank, reinforcing the firm's commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions to clients in the region.
Committed to excellence, Hodgetts holds certifications from the International Association for Contract & Commercial Management (IACCM) and Projects in Controlled Environments (Prince2®). Furthermore, he is currently pursuing the Master of Corporate Real Estate (MCR) program with CoreNet Global. Prior to joining Knight Frank, he served as a director at a leading professional services firm specializing in commercial real estate and investment management. Armed with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies from Glasgow Caledonian University and chartered membership in the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), James is equipped to lead Knight Frank’s endeavours in delivering bespoke, cutting-edge strategies for clients in commercial and real estate domain.
