Becomes Singapore's first real estate group to achieve this feat
Multi-national real estate firm Frasers Property has attained four Platinum certifications from WiredScore, a company known for its digital capabilities, smart initiatives for buildings and solutions that cater to the needs of modern-day office tenants.
The certifications have been given to Frasers Tower, Alexandra Point, and Alexandra Technopark Block A and Block B, the highest number obtained by any single property group in Singapore. Alexandra Technopark, held by the group's real estate investment trust, Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (FLCT), attained certifications for both of its two main blocks.

The latest certifications place the aforementioned Frasers Property buildings in an exclusive group of nine assets in Singapore to achieve the Platinum certification by WiredScore to date.
