Colliers, a leading diversified professional services and investment management company, has launched a new residential brokerage division in Dubai, expanding the services offered to clients in the region. Established in MENA in 1994, Colliers has primarily focused on commercial, valuations, hospitality, education and healthcare services. The launch took place in the presence of Chris Roberts, Group CEO, Eltizam Asset Management Group; Raja Alameddine, CEO, Colliers MENA; and Chris Gardner, Executive Director, Colliers MENA at their new office space at Business Avenue.
