Q. Can you share a sneak peek into any upcoming projects or innovations that will further transform the Dubai skyline?
We are excited to continue expanding with more than 10 new developments planned in Dubai, along with additional projects in Abu Dhabi, alongside over 12 additional projects in the pipeline. The city is thriving, with transactions hitting AED 625 billion in 2024 and expected to grow another 20–30% in 2025. Property prices are forecasted to rise by 10–15%, driven by global investor interest, government initiatives and visa reforms. The off-plan segment remains especially strong.
