In a grand celebration of excellence and customer satisfaction, the Customer Happiness Awards 2023, organised by Plan3Media, concluded with remarkable success. The awards, aimed at recognising and honouring organisations committed to customer happiness, received an astounding 180+ submissions from various industries across the United Arab Emirates. After a rigorous selection process, 47 exceptional finalists were identified.
The judging panel, comprising 25 distinguished members from the UAE, UK, India, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, and the Netherlands, dedicated an impressive total of 324 hours to carefully evaluate the nominations. Their meticulous assessment led to the recognition of Gold and Silver winners in 20 distinct categories.

The awards ceremony, which took place on October 13, 2023, at the Taj Dubai Hotel in Business Bay, was a magnificent event where the most deserving companies were honoured. The awardees were selected based on the merit of their nominations, emphasising their dedication to fostering customer happiness.
Some of the companies that took home the Gold were Nakheel Community Management (Customer Happiness Company of the Year – Large & Happiest Residential Community of the Year), ORO Developments (CH Real Estate Developer of the Year), Metropolitan Group (CH Real Estate Broker of the Year), Better Communities (Best Implementation of Customer Feedback and Insight).
