In a grand celebration of excellence and customer satisfaction, the Customer Happiness Awards 2023, organised by Plan3Media, concluded with remarkable success. The awards, aimed at recognising and honouring organisations committed to customer happiness, received an astounding 180+ submissions from various industries across the United Arab Emirates. After a rigorous selection process, 47 exceptional finalists were identified.
The judging panel, comprising 25 distinguished members from the UAE, UK, India, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, and the Netherlands, dedicated an impressive total of 324 hours to carefully evaluate the nominations. Their meticulous assessment led to the recognition of Gold and Silver winners in 20 distinct categories.

The awardees were selected based on the merit of their nominations, emphasising their dedication to fostering customer happiness.
